By accessing or using Aid Wellness, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. About Aid Wellness
Aid Wellness is a healthcare facilitation and technology platform that enables users to discover, compare, book, order, and manage healthcare-related services, including lab tests, diagnostic packages, scans, doctor appointments, hospital services, pharmacy orders, report access, and related support. Actual healthcare services are provided by independent doctors, labs, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and other listed partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the platform on behalf of a minor, family member, patient, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have the required authority and consent.
3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to book services, view reports, manage addresses, use family profiles, track orders, or access support. You are responsible for keeping your login details, OTPs, and account access secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including name, phone number, email, age, gender, address, booking details, prescriptions, health notes, and payment details. Aid Wellness is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
5. Healthcare Services
Healthcare services listed on Aid Wellness are fulfilled by third-party partners unless expressly stated otherwise. Service availability, price, slot, report turnaround time, collection availability, doctor availability, hospital admission/registration, medicine availability, and delivery timelines may vary by location, partner, and operational conditions.
6. No Emergency Service
Aid Wellness is not an emergency medical service. If you have a medical emergency, call local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for website, app, chat, email, or phone support.
7. Medical Advice and Reports
Information on the platform is for general awareness and service facilitation. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Lab reports, scan reports, prescriptions, and doctor consultations must be interpreted by qualified medical professionals. You should consult a doctor before making healthcare decisions.
8. Bookings and Orders
Bookings may include lab tests, health packages, scans, doctor appointments, hospital services, pharmacy orders, or home collection requests. A booking is confirmed only when the platform or partner confirms the request and, where required, payment or verification is completed.
Aid Wellness may reject, reschedule, cancel, or hold a booking if:
- Service is unavailable in your location.
- Partner, doctor, technician, slot, medicine, or test is unavailable.
- Information provided is incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious.
- Payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or flagged.
- Service cannot be lawfully or safely provided.
- There is a technical, operational, regulatory, or force majeure issue.
9. Pricing
Prices may vary by partner, location, discounts, coupons, service type, collection mode, taxes, and platform fees. Displayed prices may change until the booking is confirmed. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel or correct the order after informing you.
10. Payments
Payments may be made online through supported payment gateways or by cash/on-service where enabled. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. You agree to comply with the payment provider's terms. Payment confirmation may depend on gateway, bank, UPI, card network, or wallet confirmation.
11. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Certain services may be non-refundable after sample collection, consultation completion, report generation, medicine dispatch, hospital registration, or partner acceptance.
12. Coupons and Offers
Coupons, discounts, cashback, wallet credits, or promotional offers may be subject to specific terms, expiry, minimum order value, location restrictions, service restrictions, and usage limits. Aid Wellness may modify, suspend, or withdraw offers at any time.
13. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Provide false identity, false medical records, fake prescriptions, or misleading booking details.
- Misuse coupons, refunds, support channels, partner dashboards, APIs, or payment systems.
- Interfere with platform security, source code, data, servers, or user accounts.
- Upload malware, spam, offensive content, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or misbehave with doctors, partners, technicians, support staff, or other users.
14. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, registrations, approvals, qualifications, service quality, report accuracy, professional conduct, pricing commitments, and compliance with applicable healthcare laws. Aid Wellness may suspend or remove partners for non-compliance, complaints, fraud, safety issues, or breach of platform policies.
15. Reports and Records
Reports may be uploaded by partners or made available through the platform. Delays may occur due to sample quality, partner workflow, medical review, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. You are responsible for downloading and reviewing reports in time and consulting a qualified professional.
16. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, software, logos, trademarks, text, images, workflows, and databases are owned by Aid Wellness or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.
17. Third-Party Services
The platform may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, communication providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, partners, and healthcare providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, terms, privacy practices, or independent acts.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aid Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. Our liability for a paid booking is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific booking, except where the law provides otherwise.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Aid Wellness, its directors, employees, partners, vendors, and affiliates against claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, violation of law, false information, or infringement of third-party rights.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account or services if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, created risk for users or partners, failed payment verification, or acted unlawfully.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
